The Captain's fave

This is the first thing I cooked for my bf and it's probably still his favourite.
Chicken, cheese and wholegrain mustard pie. Served with honey glazed new potatoes.
And bacon jam made a one time appearance.

Just got back from Spain with nothing but chorizo in the fridge

Spaghetti, chorizo, garlic and oil
Simply tasty.

Jamie's mothership: Lamb

Proud of this one... Dinner for 6 but 5 hungry ones...
Garlic and rosemary 4 hour roasted shoulder/leg of lamb with roast potatoes, caramelised carrots, parsnips. Onion and lamb fat gravy.

For a quick effortless dessert I made some puff pastry parcels. Filled them with chocolate pieces and topped with with baileys extra thick cream, strawberries and amaretti biscuits. Fresh, light, flavoursome.

Here is your Diiiirty hangover saviour

Macaroni cheese, fried with bacon, served with BBQ sauce in toast.

....
You're welcome.

Can't roll..

I can't form a fajita successfully. This is my premarinated chicken and sweet bite pepper fajitas. Topped with feta, served with salad, salsa and warm tortillas.

I since made a guac to go with it with avocado, red onion, lime juice and tequila. I'm probably going to retry this recipe because the flavours were unbalanced and aparantly having tequila in your lunch is not appropriate on a school day.

Mowgs, I'm huuuuungry but we have nothing in..

No wraps? Make a quick one with flour, Greek yoghurt, roll it out and fry in a dry pan. Top with anything you have.
In the photo I have feta, chorizo, salad and red onion chilli chutney.

Got nothing but leftovers? Stick it in a pie.

New potatoes, shredded BBQ roasted gammon, sweet potato mash, a roux made with the meaty sauce if the gammon topped with puff pastry.
Surprisingly delicious!
