My first attempt at pastry cream. Followed Anna Olsen
's pastry cream recipe, layered it onto of some fresh raspberries then crushed milk chocolate biscuits all over the top. Delish :)
(Also made a lactose & gluten free version with goats milk and ginger biscuits)
